This course will cover the Windows XP and Vista operating systems in great detail.
You will learn to support users running XP and Vista and you will be able to resolve
a variety of common desktop operating system issues, including issues related to
installation, desktop management, file and folder access, hardware, printing, and
network connectivity.
At the end of teh course you will be able to examine how to use troubleshooting
guidelines and tools to support users, identify and resolve installation issues,
desktop management issues, file and folder issues, hardware issues, print issues
and network connectivity issues.
